Our policy is different with the employee recruitment. We believe in high EQ people rather than high IQ people. We think EQ gets you through life vs. IQ gets you through school. The same concept is implemented in Berater Technologies. We started with one employee and now we are the Team of Eight. We are planning to grow team size to 50 coming two years.

As mentioned earlier Berater Technologies started with the different vision-providing Engineering and IT services under one roof. As a part of it we are starting unique Industrial Training Program. Right now we are serving to Indian clients but we have vision to serve globally.
